How long will it take to re-roof my house?
Some roofs are less complicated than others. Some take one day while others may take a week or more. We can give you an accurate time frame for the completion of your project at the time of estimation.

Do you have insurance?

Will I find rusty nails in my yard after the project?
Quality workmanship on your new roof is just the beginning of the project. We realize your yard needs to be safe for you and your family and this is a high priority for our team. High powered magnets are swept around the perimeter locating any metallic debris that may be hazardous and then they are disposed of. Throughout your roofing project, remains of your old roof are carefully deposited into a bin and there are regular checks to ensure your property is kept tidy and safe.

Am I responsible to provide anything for the workers during the project?
Our crews come to your site fully self sufficient, the only thing you will need to provide is an electrical outlet for some of our equipment.

Do I need to be home throughout the project?
Most of the time it is not necessary for a home owner to be around, we usually only require access to the inside of your home to disconnect skylight frames. Other than that you can go about your daily business.

Will my garden get damaged during the project?
The protection of your gardens and other landscaping is very important to us, scaffolding, tarping , and other forms of shielding can be temporarily installed to minimize any disruption around your home.
